De-light-ful Moment
|
In a moment of awe a smiling crowd gathering on Main Street Provost is delighted as a tall Christmas tree is lit up on Friday night, December 6. Remarks like “wow” and plenty of oohs and aahs were heard followed by the singing of a few acapella Christmas carols. Meanwhile, a bonfire in the middle of the blocked off roads were an added warm touch in addition to free hot chocolate. More activities took place over the weekend organized by the Provost and District Chamber of Commerce including a breakfast with Santa, a parade of lights and late night shopping.
