High Marks for Chili Makers

A panel of five judges sample two versions of chili during the chili bowl cook-off on Saturday, October 31 in the Provost Recreation and Culture Centre. Scores were based off of points given up to five each for colour, heat, aroma, texture and flavour. This was part of the bowling centre’s celebrations for its third decade of activity. Pictured from left: Gary Duffett, Norris Pahlke, Peggy McFadyen, Allan Murray and Hugh Baier. Two teams vied for the top prize trophy.
