Avian influenza detected in Alberta

Ducks take flight from off of the trout pond at the southwest corner of Provost. Avian influenza has been detected at several poultry farms in Alberta after it was discovered in migratory waterfowl, backyard flocks and commercial poultry flocks in other provinces and in the United States.
