Voters Make Their Choices

Voters across Alberta were at polls for municipal elections on Monday, October 18. Residents in Provost are shown making choices in this photos at Prairie Hall for who should be Town of Provost mayor and the Buffalo Trail Public School trustee. Ballots were also cast for senate nominees and a referendum asking if a switch should be made to daylight savings time (so no changing clocks twice a year) and if equalization payments should be stopped. Polls were open 10 a.m. - 8 p.m. See story in The Provost News dated October 20. ©Provost News Photo.
