A Provost Pilots softball pitcher gets to home plate with the ball in her glove about the same time as this runner from the Fort Saskatchewan Sliders does during the provincial D 14 and under girls softball competition. The umpire declared that the slider was safe—however the Provost team overpowered the visitors for one of their wins of the three day Softball Alberta tournament.
