Brett at 181 lbs.

Brett drops 5 pounds during his 2nd Rest Week.
Perhaps it's due to the super light Speedo he's wearing in these pics.

Brett intends to focus more on his core over the next four weeks
as he'll experiment with a number of new exercises.
