Brett at 186 lbs.

Brett treated himself to a new haircut after completing four months of BOOK. Barely visible is Brett's
speedo which he was wearing at water polo just minutes before these photos. Of course he has
other swim trunks on top of them . . . somewhere.

Brett is beginning to make some strides in redefining his body and hopes
he can maintain the trend over the coming months.

Over the first month, Brett had worked out 21 times, missing three workouts.
