Rod Larson and his wife Sharol continue to look after operations at Larson's Hardware.

Rod was born and raised in Provost where he has been involved in a variety of community organizations including serving on the church board and serving on the volunteer fire department for over 20 years. He is also a member of the Provost Masonic Lodge, and a past president of the Provost and District Chamber of Commerce.

Sharol hails from the Cadogan area but finished high school in St. Albert. She has been involved as a volunteer on the Provost Library Board and the Provost Music Festival Association.

In their spare time, the couple enjoy their cabin and boat at Dilberry Lake north-east of Provost.
