BOOK is a tool developed to assist gym-goers in achieving all of their
fitness-related goals, regardless of their level of experience in the gym.
In a nutshell, this website is to hold Brett and workout partners (like Brad,
shown above-left) accountable for staying fit. The last thing they want to look
like are huge losers, so publishing fitness results and goals on the internet
keep them motivated. You can monitor their gains through weekly pictures that
will be taken throughout the BOOK program.
Brett, and other users of BOOK used this program as a spring-board which
took them to multiple podium finishes at both olympic-style weightlifting,
and powertlifting competitions. It's time you got in on it too!
