Eight year old Abigail Lloyd of Provost gets a few pointers after her performance, by piano adjudicator Eric Nyland of Calgary during this year’s Provost Music Festival. Approximately 72 students performed 240 entries March 27 to April 1 including speech, band, instrumental, piano, vocal and strings. A Colour Night Gala on Saturday, April 2 celebrated 50 years since the Provost Music Festival was formed. A dinner, performances and awards were part of the celebration.
