It’s Hot, Windy & Smoky
|
Trees go up in flames on a windy day near Metiskow on Thursday, April 22. This is only part of the 30 acres or more of land being scorched, stretching over close to a mile. Bits of ash could be seen floating in the air. Volunteer fire departments from Provost, Cadogan, Czar, Hughenden and Amisk responded, putting out flames with help from others.
