Store Celebrates Second
Anniversary in New Space

At My Second Drawer Home Store, Leslie Opanavicius (third from left) is shown scanning an item at her business in Provost during its second anniversary gala on Thursday evening, November 7. “It was amazing” and had over 60 people attending, Opanavicius told The News. Guitar player and singer Carter Trenerry “had a blast” entertaining and it gives him the exposure he deserves, she says. “It was heartwarming to see community,” Opanavicius adds while she says she’s already planning the next event. People came from as far as Hardisty. The store recently moved to another part of Main Street. Some of the ticket proceeds to the event are to go towards local charitable causes. ©Provost News Photo.
