Being 'Steered' Into the Dirt

A steer wrestler gives the illusion of ease while performing a speed and strength test holding onto the horns of this animal in an attempt to pin it to the ground. This was part of the action on Saturday, June 8 at the Cadogan rodeo. Events held June 8 and 9 also included mutton racing, steer riding, bull riding and barrel racing. ©Provost News Photo.
