Jeremy Vokins of Agro-Greens Natural Products Ltd. in Macklin tends to marijuana plants as a batch grows to maturity for storage and eventual medical use for those holding a prescription. This picture was taken near the ceiling of an 18 foot tall building looking down on one of several pods set up on a second story of plants. Temperature, humidity, airflow and nutrition including supplying carbon dioxide are all controlled in a dirt-free environment using a process called aeroponics.
