A flying drone recently tested by the Provost Volunteer Fire Department lifts into the air on Sunday afternoon, March 18 shortly after exams on how to fly the device were held. Another drone, equipped with a high resolution thermal camera may be used for finding missing people and also for flying near or above fires to supply a different look at a roof or burning building.
