One of four metal legs is moved into place as the 35,000 pound water tower in Provost is held suspended in position at the Provost and District Museum grounds early on Tuesday morning, August 9. The landmark—though not standing as tall as it originally was when in operation north of the Provost Public School—was up before noon that day. ©Provost News Photo.
