BOOKing it to Lethbridge
Brett and Niles attempt to bike from Calgary to Lethbridge on July 30, 2005 for a total of 230 kms.
Countless hours of training has come down to this single day.

Niles slams a peach half at about 4:20 am. Niles couldn't sleep, so what does he do? He wakes Brett up at roughly 3:58 to get a good start on the day. The two hadn't planned on getting up until 5:00 am.
They left at 4:27 am about 1 km west of the Calgary Tower.

Brett does a final look over his bike before they hit the road.
Tucking your pant legs into your socks is the new style, by the way.
At least if you don't want your pants getting caught in your gears.
Just behind Brett is Niles' bed, aka, a super uncomfortable foam thing. Brett
doesn't understand why Niles couldn't fall asleep.
Will Niles pay for it in the end?

The two of them left the city limits of Calgary (19.5 kms) at
5:23 and then made it to Langdon at about 6:04 am and eat like kings
as they slam some royal food. Langdon was a 36.47 km ride.
