Do you often find yourself lost at the gym and wondering what to do? Time and time again people "hit the gym" without even knowing how to approach becoming physically fit. You may be going to the gym already but aren't seeing any results, or perhaps you know someone who claims to work out frequently, but you can't tell...both of these are most due to their weightlifting methods, or lack thereof.

People need an agenda, and an agenda within reason. BOOK knows that you cannot devote all your time to the gym. Next time you go to the gym, take a moment to look around and you'll notice that the other people most likely don't have a schedule (or journal or log book) to follow and they are simply improvising once they come into the gym. This has to be one of the worst habits. These people have no recollection of what exercises, let alone which weights, they used the week before. This makes it next to impossible to monitor any fitness and strength gains. This is where BOOK is needed most.

You should be very skeptical the next time you hear someone say "I'm in great shape because I go to the gym." Simply going to the gym doesn't get you to your ideal fitness level, but following a methodical regime while you're at the gym is crucial. You need to know what you're doing while you're there.

BOOK caters to every fitness level. There are no prerequisites for BOOK. If you think you're too old, you're wrong! Ages of BOOK users range from teenages to people over 50 years old!
For those who already are familiar with the gym, that's great. An advanced BOOK program may be for you!
For those who have never set foot in a gym, that's cool as well because that means you're starting fresh and have no bad habits to contend with, a lighter version of BOOK may be for you!
