Brad, left, shows off a new exercise to the BOOK camera. The upper photo is the starting position (weights behind his back), and the lower photo shows the weights being lowered from the second position back down to the starting position. This exercise, which is awesome for the shoulders, has yet to be named.
During June, Brad developed his own miniature program to give his muscles a little shock, he says it was pretty intense, and very thorough.

Brett meanwhile grabs a 50 lb dumbell and further works the muscles in his left arm during these concentration curls. The concentration curls are one of the most basic, and most important, bicep exercises available.

Brett and Niles bumped their weight up, and their reps down to 4 for each set to gain more size in the month of July.

Note: A couple more BOOKs have been sold in the past week, the more the merrier!
