BOOK is a tool developed to assist gym-goers in achieving all of their
fitness-related goals, regardless of their level of experience in the gym.

This new site is designed to let you view the physical progress of the creator of this
site (Brett), along with his workout partners. You can monitor their gains through
weekly pictures that will be taken throughout the BOOK program.

Brett, and other users of BOOK used this program as a spring-board which
took them to multiple podium finishes at both olympic-style weightlifting,
and powertlifting competitions. It's time you got in on it too!
