Whole Works Lost in Rural House Fire
There were no injuries to people in a house fire north west of Czar that has left a family without almost all of their possessions.
The fire broke out late Tuesday night, November 25 or early November 26 located north of Highway 13, on Highway 41 and west on Connought Road.
Twenty-five year old Wade and 22 year old Bobbi Lomheim who lived at the house with their children were away that night and told The Provost News that they did not know the cause of the blaze.
The couple were gone on a hunting trip and their two children were staying with a grandmother in Camrose.
The family moved into the house rented from Bob and Jeanette Spornitz in October.
Wade said that the most painful part of the fire was losing all their pictures including those from their July wedding. Thats the worst part of the whole thing he said while looking for any objects to recover. Their pet cat was missing and presumed dead.
