Both Chad and Brett are sporting good size in their biceps, shoulders and middle/upper back.
Chad has decided to take it easy for the next two weeks and let his body relax for a while.
Brett will be giving his body a break and doing some relaxing of his own for the next two weeks in Cuba with Niles.
