Brad hair felt BOOK's punishment today as he got it caught in a certain exercise and lost two strands of it (coffee and juice followed the funeral for his hair).
Brett on the other hand is still feeling the burn, not only from the intense BOOK workouts, but from the sunburn almost a week ago.
