Brett and Niles do some serious bicep curls.
Brett's shown teaching 115 lbs a lesson while Niles
squeezes out an easy 6 reps of 95 lbs.


Niles shrugs up 225 lbs with ease using the power
lifting grip. The weight he uses will shoot up substantially
once they get the rubber weights and chalk out.

Brett shrugs 225 lbs up as well and can't wait until he rids
himself of the gloves, applies some chalk, and heaves up
300+ lbs on some tasty new rubber weights.
