Mik shows off how he can clasp his left hand into his right palm, as Brett is yet to get his two hands within a foot of one another. Mik has obviously been practising "clasping and grabbing" his hands in his spare time. Or maybe Brett has an extremely tight see-through jacket on, which is keeping him from doing the classic "clasp and grab". Yes, that must be it.

Mik is clearly obsessed with working out.
When his parents are asleep, he wakes up and
talks on the phone/does bicep curls all night long.

Brett sneaks out of his house every single night just to go over to Mik's place to
work on his reverse-barbell curls as Mik chats on the phone.
Brett does gymnastic maneuvers all the way
from his house to Mik's (approximately 20 kilometres).
(Brett forgets his shirt at home every single time!)
